What is the maximum number of attendees on a course?If you choose to attend our site in Ferndown, the maximum number of delegates is 3 per course. Any courses delivered at a clients site can be between 6 – 8.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellation within 10 days of the booked course date incurs the following charges: Up to 10 working days prior to course incurs a 50% charge. Up to 5 working days prior to course incurs a 75% charge. Less than 5 working days prior to course incurs 100% charge of the total course fee.

Can private individuals book your courses?We do offer some limited public computer training courses at our Ferndown HQ, We can also arrange one to one training at your own business site locally.

How far in advance do you have to book onto your courses?We do our best to accommodate any specific date requests, usually a week is a sufficient amount of time to book a course, as long as we have the capacity at that time.

How much does it cost for a full day course?Our Microsoft courses start at £525 per day for a group booking on site. Please contact the office for prices of Technical and Adobe courses.

Do you have local business rates?All of our listed prices are business specific rates. We can offer discounts for one to one training and very small groups on clients' sites.

How do I pay for the course?You can pay with credit card either via our web site or by contacting the office directly. We can also accept payment via invoice, which can be paid via bank transfer. Payment confirms your booking.

How much does it cost to book a half day course?Prices can vary dependant on the course, however as a standard guide half day courses priced at 2/3rds of the full day price.

What times do your full day courses start and finish?At our training facility in Ferndown, we start at 9am for coffee with delivery starting at 9:15 through to 4:15. We take a break in the morning and the afternoon, plus a lunch break as well. The above times are also our default times on clients’ sites. However, we can be flexible on this to suit you

What do attendees get on the course?Each delegate will receive course files for exercises during the day, which they are able to keep and refer back to later. In addition, we supply an electronic reference guide which documents all of the course content covered throughout the training day.

Do you offer any ongoing training support post course?We offer a 3 week help line with all Microsoft courses. Contact is made via email. We aim to get back to you by the end of the next working day.

What do I need to bring with me on the day?If you are attending an open course at our premises in Ferndown, delegates do not need to bring anything with them, as we will supply all that is needed. Lunch can be arranged by prior agreement. Refreshments for comfort breaks are also included. For courses on your own business site, delegates will need to bring a pen and paper with them for any additional note taking.

How are your full day courses structured?You can view a course outline ahead of time by going on any of our course pages. Generally, we will work with you to structure in any coffee breaks and lunch breaks into the itinerary to suit your team.
